About the property
Villa Nonni can host a max. of four people, the Villa offers you total comfort for your perfect vacation.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom, one with a double and the other with two separate beds.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils, dining room, toilet and living room with a enclosed fireplace.
The entire area is connected by internal stairs and is fully air-conditioned.
The simplicity of white walls is enriched with numerous pictures of Mediterranean plants that bring warmth to the interior of the Villa.
With the Mediterranean spirit woven into each part, the Villa is created for relaxation that will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
Beside the house, there are two terraces, one is ideal for drinking morning coffee and the other is covered with a grill perfect for dining and socializing in the evening with a drop of Istrian wine.
From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. The pool area has an outdoor shower and wooden deck chairs which offers another place to enjoy and relax.
The entire space is quiet.
The entire pool, hot tub and garden environment is intimately illuminated to create the perfect atmosphere for a romantic summer evening.
There is also private parking available and the possibility of using four bicycles so your vacation can be active just like the locals.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also a public playground.
Villa Nonni is an ideal place for those who want to escape the stress, the city and the daily grind. The maximum sound that will reach you is the twitter of birds and the sound of water.

Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory.
Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Children and extra beds:
A crib (cot bed) costs extra €70.
On the ground floor is a sofa bed for two additional persons.
Pets: Pets are possible with prior notice and are charged 20 € per day
Other: A deposit of €200 will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.
**Use of hot tub is free of charge between 1 April and 31 October.
A one-time charge of €110 will be applied between 1 November and 31 March.
Price is 30% higher for all stays shorter than 5 nights

Villa Nonni
There is so much love and passion in this house. We felt like beeing home right the first day. I think the reason are so many warm details that you usually don't see when renting something as a guest. It felt like our favourite family mamber was welcoming us, that's how thoughtful everything was prepared.

Wir können die Villa Nonni nur empfehlen! Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und perfekt kommuniziert. Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus ist weit über Standard ausgestattet und wir wurden großzügig mit einer Lebensmittel Grundausstattung inkl. Kartoffeln, Gemüse, Kaffee und Wein :-) zur Begrüßung versorgt. Die Aussenküche und der Feuerplatz lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt inkl. Fahrrädern sowie Helmen, sogar ein Quad uvm. - alles ist sauber und gepflegt. TOP

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann und erfüllt alle Sehnsüchte die man vom Ansehen der Bilder bekommt.
Absolute Empfehlung im Hinterland um die Seele baumeln zu lassen
Villa Nonni liegt im kleinen, ruhigen Dorf Cerion.
Als Ratgeber befindet sich im Haus ein Ordner mit Tipps was man in der Umgebung gesehen haben muss diesen unbedingt nutzen
Geheimtipp von unserer Seite - Ausflug nach Kaldir ... dort gibt es das beste Oliveröl
Sehenswürdigkeiten + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man mit dem Auto bequem in 20-30 Minuten oder man nimmt das zum Haus gehörende Quad .... Ausflüge im Umkreis von bis zu 40. km sind auch damit ohne Probleme möglich
Das Haus selbst ist extrem sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Küche, Bad wie auch Wohnraum und Außenbereich sind mit Allem ausgestattet. Der sehr schön angelegte Garten mit zwei Terrassen, Grill und einem eigenen Pool + Whirlpool sind wirklich sehr schön.
Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt worden und haben direkt eine kleine Führung durch Villa Nonni bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen Tage - wir kommen nächstes Jahr im September wieder.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nonni. The villa is amazing, we had everything we could possibly need. It is clean and tidy and lots of little touches to make it feel very homely. It is perfect for relaxing around the pool/hot tub but we also travelled to a few of the towns nearby aswell.
Barbara was also an amazing host, she definitely made sure we had the best stay possible. Would recommend to anyone and we hope to come back.

What an amazing villa. Perfection. Barbara (the host and owner) has thought of everything and then some! She has designed it so thoughtfully and perfectly. And has included everything you may need (even a quad bike!). Villa has a soul and makes you feel like you are in a little slice of paradise. I could not recommend it more!
Our kids (ages 9 and 13) had a brilliant time too. Between pool, quad biking, games, trampoline, swing, nearby park for some football and local sightseeing spots, their days were fabulous.
As for Barbara and her team - they are amazing. Nothing is too difficult. The service is outstanding. I have honestly never met a better host!
We all had a brilliant time.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft und eine perfekte supernette Gastgeberin. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Obst und Gemüse der umliegenden Nachbarn. Jeder baut dort selbst alles an. Der Pool und whirlpool wurden täglich genutzt. Es gab eine superschöne und moderne Küche draußen und drinnen, so dass wir draußen kochen und grillen konnten. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen.

Sve u ovoj kućici i oko nje je savršeno. Vrhunska opremljenost, posvećenost detaljima i njezina autentičnost čine je kućom za odmor iz snova. Mi smo se zaista u njoj osjećali kao kod kuće. Barbara je izvrstan domaćin koji se brine da se Vam ništa ne nedostaje i da vaš boravak u kući bude upravo onakav kakav ste zamišljali. Vidimo se uskoro!

Nemam riječi kojima bih opisala kako nam je bilo lijepo! Luksuz na idealnoj poziciji u Istri, sve je unutar pola sata vožnje. Kuća je predivna, opremljena, čista i sve što vam padne na pamet, već postoji u kući. Vlasnici su divni i simpatični ljudi i vidi se ljubav i trud koji ulažu u to da bi gostima bilo savršeno. Uživali smo, doći ćemo opet i svakome bih preporučila Villu Nonni, jer tako nešto ćete teško negdje drugdje pronaći! Lijep pozdrav dragoj Barbari i obitelji i još jednom, hvala za sve!

We absolutely loved our experience at Villa Nonni,, it has been the best equipped and most lovingly presented stay that we can remember and we travel a lot ! We were greeted with fresh vegetables courtesy from the neighboring farmer, firewood and any and all amenities and super sweet touches. (samples in the bathroom and milk in the fridge for example) We loved every minute of it and were sad to leave...

The house is great for relaxing and enjoyment. The resort is really quiet and chilled so you can enjoy the birds singing.
The terrace and the area around the pool and jacuzzi are just as beautiful as the pictures promise.
You will fall in love right away. We enjoyed every detail..perfect dinners with barbecue !!! If you are missing something, you can also keep in touch with the host. Whenever you contact Barbara, you will receive instant feedback.
We only stayed a few days, but we will definitely be back! See you soon, Barbara !! Thanks again for the warm hospitality !!!

Die Villa Nonni ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, alle Details sind liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt! Barbara ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns mit einheimischen Produkten begrüßt und verwöhnt hat. Wir haben in der Villa Nonni einen entspannten und traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool und der beleuchteten Whirlpool bei Nacht sind der Hammer!
Die Villa ist schön zentral gelegen, man ist schnell am Meer oder bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Hinterland.

Wir hatten im September 10 wundervolle Tage in der Villa Nonni. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe hergerichtet. Barabara war bei Fragen immer hilfreich zur Stelle. Durch den Pool und den Whirlpool muss man das Gelände eigentlich höchstens zum einkaufen verlassen :-)
Etwas nervig war das vielfache Hundegebell in der Umgebung aber auch das kann den Gesamteindruck kaum schmälern.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

If you are thinking of booking Villa Nonni stop thinking about it and simply book it! The villa is simply beautiful - it’s even better than the photos they show. It is located in a very small place and it is very quiet, you will need a car if you stay here. It is well equipped and immaculately clean (as well as the pool and hot tub). Barbara is the most wonderful hostess - we have never experienced kindness and hospitality like her.

Kuća je predivna, uredjena sa velikim ukusom i pažnjom. Pruža mir i utočište od velike guzve i ubrzanog života. Sedam dana je proletilo u trenu. Bazen i jacuzzi su savrsenstvo. Villa se nalazi na idealnom dijelu kako biste upoznali Istru jer je sve u krugu od 30 tak kilometara. Vlasnica i njena kci su predivne osobe koje se trude da vaš odmor provedete najbolje moguće. Wir haben im August/September 2019 zu Viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Nonni verbracht, Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, es hat alles super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, der Pool ist super, Lage ist sehr schön, gemütlich und ruhig, am Land. Auto natürlich unbedingt erforderlich. Die Gegend ist sehr schön zum Fahrradfahren, es gibt auch nette kleine Städte (zb Motovun) in der Nähe, und zum Erkunden von Istrien ist die Lage sehr gut, man erreicht fast alles innerhalb von einer Stunde. Auch das Meer (Porec) ist in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Klare Weiterempfehlung, wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen!

Villa Nonni ist der Himmel auf Erden !!!! Der Aussenbereich und der Pool bieten alles für den perfekten Urlaub . Es ist auch innen an Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten . Alles riecht auch aussen der Lavendel . Das Haus ist mit allem perfekt ausgestattet . Die Abende im Garten sind einzigartig und die Ruhe ist sehr angenehm . Mitten im August weg von den Massen . Das sind nur einige Gründe warum wir immer gerne wieder kommen werden .Auch für unsere Kinder ist es fantastisch den Tag mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu verbringen . Fahrräder , Pool , Spielplatz usw. Die Gastgeberin ist 24/7 online und kümmert sich um alle Fragen . Und der Preis ist absolut TOP ! Bis bald . Nenad und Familie

Barbara is an amazing host; everything was well organised and she helped us out with any queries we had and even welcomed us with some home grown Croatian products. Cerion is a lovely little village only a short drive away from all the main sights in Istra. We spend afternoons riding bicycles around the village and went on day trips to Motovun, Porec and Novigrad. Villa Nonni had everything we could have wished for!

Kompleks in okolica sta lično dodelana in poskrbita za popolno ugodje in enkratno doživetje. V villi najdeš vse kar potrebuješ, lastniki poskrbijo za vsako podrobnost, nič ni prepuščeno naključju.
