Villa Nonni can host a max. of four people, the Villa offers you total comfort for your perfect vacation.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom, one with a double and the other with two separate beds.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils, dining room, toilet and living room with a enclosed fireplace.
The entire area is connected by internal stairs and is fully air-conditioned.
The simplicity of white walls is enriched with numerous pictures of Mediterranean plants that bring warmth to the interior of the Villa.
With the Mediterranean spirit woven into each part, the Villa is created for relaxation that will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
Beside the house, there are two terraces, one is ideal for drinking morning coffee and the other is covered with a grill perfect for dining and socializing in the evening with a drop of Istrian wine.
From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. The pool area has an outdoor shower and wooden deck chairs which offers another place to enjoy and relax.
The entire space is quiet.
The entire pool, hot tub and garden environment is intimately illuminated to create the perfect atmosphere for a romantic summer evening.
There is also private parking available and the possibility of using four bicycles so your vacation can be active just like the locals.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also a public playground.

Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory.
Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Children and extra beds:
On the ground floor is a sofa bed and it is charged €30 per night
Pets: Pets are possible with prior notice and are charged 20 € per day
Other: A deposit of €300 will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
Price is 30% higher for all stays shorter than 3 nights
Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
